The new series of talks, In God's Image: A Defence of Catholic Moral Teaching, continues on Wednesday 1st March. In the next talk, You Knitted Me Together in My Mother's Womb, Fr Dan Fitzpatrick will discuss infertility, stem cell research and cloning. Please arrive at the diocesan office before 7pm. Diocese of Paisley Lenten Catechesis 2023 - Jesus: The Source of Eternal Life - St. Mirin’s Cathedral, 2.00-4.,00pm Remembering our popular Lenten Catechesis of 2015, the diocese will be holding two Lenten Catecheses to prepare us for the Easter Season. Again, this can be a lovely Lenten penance for those who are wondering what to do this year. Sunday 12th March, Third Sunday of Lent, Bishop High Gilbert of Aberdeen will reflect on Jesus and the Woman at the Well and on Sunday 26th March, Fifth Sunday of Lent, Bishop Brian McGee of Argyll and the Isles, will reflect on Jesus and Lazarus. As well as Bishops’ Catechesis there will be Testimony from Young People, Solemn Evening Prayer and Benediction with music led by our Diocesan Choir.
