Bishop Keenan celebrated Mass to commemorate the 75th anniversary of St James' parish in Paisley on the Solemnity of Christ the King, 26th November 2023.

In attendance were parishioners (old and new), representatives from St James' Primary School, former clergy of the parish, Fr Joe Burke (Parish Priest) and Fr Ryan Black (Curate).

The school community presented the bishop and the parish community with gifts to mark the occasion. To Bishop Keenan, artwork, to the parish community, a cheque for more than £1,000. The proceeds of the recent sponsored walk will pay for new candlesticks for the church.
