The Holy Father has appointed Monsignor Joe Burke and Fr Ryan Black as Missionaries of Mercy by Decree.

These missionaries are called to make themselves available to priests and bishops in the conduct of missions and initiatives relating to the Sacrament of Penance.

Bishop Keenan will present Fr Joe and Fr Ryan with the Decrees from Pope Francis at 6pm Mass on Wednesday 13th September in St Mirin's Cathedral.
