There will be a Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration, during which we will pray for respect for the sanctity of life, on Monday 17th June at 7pm in St Mirin's Cathedral.
The Holy Hour includes a Rosary, the Litany to Mary the Mother of Life, time for silent prayer and Benediction. There will also be an opportunity to venerate a first-class relic of St Gianna Molla, an Italian wife, mother and doctor who gave up her life so that her unborn child could live. She was canonised in 2004 by Pope St John Paul II and is a great example and heroine for the pro-life movement.
This Holy Hour has been organised by SPUC and the Knights of St Columba as part of a special Spiritual Bouquet prayer campaign currently underway.
