BUILDING A HOME TOGETHER – A COLLOQUIUM ON FAITH IN PUBLIC LIFE
This colloquium offers an opportunity to reflect on what it means for faith communities to join in civil conversations about the kind of society we wish to create.
what are the issues and challenges facing us in Scotland today?
what does it mean to have a common civic identity?
how do we retain the integrity of our own faiths while living in a secular society?
The colloquium will be introduced by Lord John McFall, Senior Deputy Speaker of the House of Lords
The colloquium will begin on Friday evening and end with dinner on Saturday evening.
The cost is being subsidised by the Xaverian Missionaries. The reduced rate is £50 for residential & £25 for non-residential.
Registration for both residential and non - residential participation is essential. Payment can be made by card or cash on arrival.
