The Bishops from Scotland greeted Pope Francis during their ad limina visit. Each of the bishops from the bishops' conference greeted Pope Francis one-by-one. They all sat down in a circle with Pope Francis to talk. According to the Scottish Catholic Observer, they planned to discuss the abuse crisis within the Church. Then, they all prayed together with the Holy Father. The bishops will be in Rome until October 4, participating in meetings with various congregations and dicasteries within the Vatican.
