COMING SOON – LOURDES 2016
During this period of preparation for the Synod we are asked to reflect on our role as the lay faithful. Bishop John’s message was to encourage us to be more involved and to recognise that we have a big role to play in the life of the Church.
As we prepare for Lourdes 2016 we are asking you to reflect on, and discuss ways in which, we can try to put that into practice throughout the Year of Mercy and the presence of the Icon of Our Lady of Paisley in our Parishes. Going to Lourdes is for the sick, the pilgrims, the helpers, and the people wanting to experience Mary in a different place. Whatever the reason you intend to go on pilgrimage, if you think you have a role to play in preparing for the pilgrimage please come to our next meeting on Wednesday, 14 ^th October 2016, at 7:30pm.
