The EU Settlement Scheme is open for applications. The UK’s EU Settlement Scheme is now open and free of charge and offers EU citizens living in the UK a legal route to remain.  EU, EEA and Swiss citizens must apply to protect their existing rights.  Irish citizens and those with indefinite leave to remain do not need to apply.  The scheme is open until 30 June 2021.
